Main industrial activities:

• skin substitutes (xenoderm grafts) used in the treatment of patients with burns and various skin lesions
• silicone plates - used in the prevention and treatment of scars
• keratoxeno grafts - the cryolyophilized substrate of a porcine cornea used for therapeutic keratoplasty
• resorptive lyophilized xenomembranes for usage in dental manipulations (gingival recessions treatment, dental implantations, etc.)
• a dietary supplement in the form of capsules that contains the natural complexes of peptides, amino acids, microelements, nucleotides, growth factors, and more.

These medical products are registered in the State Register of medical devices and permitted for use at medical institutions of Ukraine

The main stages of the enterprise development:

1993 - The foundation of the private enterprise «Kombustiolog»

1993 - The registration of the medical product – lyophilized porcine xenoderm grafts

2002 - The quality certificate for goods and services issued by the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

2003 - The director of the private enterprise «Kombustiolog» Honorary Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, professor Bigunyak V. was declared the Laureate of the State Science and Technology Award for a series of works on the development and introduction of new methods of diagnosis and early surgical treatment of deep burns and their effects

2004 - The private enterprise «Kombustiolog» became the laureate of All-Ukrainian Contest of the quality of products (goods and services) «100 best goods of Ukraine»

2006 - The registration of the medical product – silicone plates

2008 - The re-registration of the medical product - porcine xenoderm grafts

2011 - The private enterprise «Kombustiolog» was permitted to manufacture and re-register medical devices of LLC «Institute of Biomedical Technologies» LLC «IBT»)

2011 - The registration of the medical product – keratoxeno grafts

2012 - The re-registration of lyophilized porcine xenoderm grafts and silicone plates

2017 - Quality management system has been implemented and medical products are certified to meet the requirements of DSTU ISO 13485:2005; EN ISO 13485: 2012

The main directions of the enterprise development:

• To provide patients with lyophilized porcine xenoderm grafts, silicone plates and keratoxeno grafts at medical institutions of Ukraine
• The permanent quality control and the improvement of manufacturing methods of lyophilized porcine xenoderm grafts, silicone plates and keratoxeno grafts
• Access to the CIS markets, European markets
